Business Development Executive
Salary Circa £23k + Bonus

STB Direct Marketing Ltd is a high-end, International data-driven marketing provider focused on: 

• direct marketing
• data management and related marketing consultancy

Located in Kegworth, close to the East Midlands Airport, STB is a fast growing company that 
has doubled in size over the last two years.

We are seeking a:

• self-motivated
• dynamic Business Development Executive, with a minimum of 
  three years experience in selling data and direct marketing business solutions and services.

You will play a key role in prospecting among key decision makers to identify and prioritise 
new business opportunities for the firm.  You’ll also demonstrate ability in engaging and managing 
prospects and customers, throughout the entire customer lifecycle, frequently on a face to face basis.

This office based position requires attention to detail and creative thinking, and business travel will 
be necessary from time to time.  We would expect you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent.
